University students' quality needs drive education improvements, Kano model reveals.
This study looked at quality requirements in universities to boost education quality, focusing on tourism management and finance bachelor's programs at Ahmad Yasawi University. By using the Kano model, they identified critical needs of students, analyzed satisfaction levels, and outlined ways to enhance learning and skill development. The researchers surveyed 116 students and classified the requirements into categories like must-haves, performance indicators, excitement factors, and indifferent features. They also evaluated the importance of satisfaction and dissatisfaction levels in determining student progress and needs. Ultimately, the team pinpointed how to raise satisfaction and skill levels effectively to enhance student learning experiences in these programs.
