The article compares different types of energy-efficient light bulbs to traditional incandescent bulbs for workplace lighting. Halogen, compact fluorescent, and LED bulbs were tested in three different lamps. Not all bulbs were as good as incandescent bulbs for providing enough light and reducing glare in work areas. LED bulbs performed the best overall, but not all bulbs were suitable replacements for incandescent bulbs in every situation.
