Boosting Solar Efficiency in Changing Conditions with MPPT Technology
PV panels generate less power in changing environmental conditions, so a controller called MPPT helps maintain maximum power output. The MPPT controller adjusts the system to track changing sunlight levels. A simulation using MATLAB shows that the MPPT system is more efficient than a non-MPPT system in variable sunlight conditions.
