Knowledge management boosts productivity for knowledge workers in Pakistan telecom firms
Knowledge management positively impacts knowledge worker productivity by enhancing knowledge creation and utilization. However, knowledge sharing does not significantly affect productivity. Factors like gender, education, and managerial position do not change this relationship. Implementing knowledge management practices can boost productivity for all knowledge workers, regardless of their background. This study, conducted in Pakistan, is one of the first to conclusively show the link between knowledge management and productivity while considering individual demographic factors.
