The article explores how physical factors like noise and light, along with knowledge management, impact human resource management and performance at an electricity company in Egypt. The researchers used a questionnaire to study 334 employees and found that a quiet work environment improves employee performance. They also discovered that knowledge management is crucial for the company's success and that employees value organizational culture and commitment. Recommendations include improving the work environment, establishing a knowledge department, and focusing on organizational culture and employee satisfaction to enhance performance.
