Weibull Distribution Function Outperforms Rayleigh in Harnessing Wind Power in Kosovo
The study compared two wind speed distribution functions in Kosovo. By analyzing wind data, they found that the Weibull distribution function fits better than the Rayleigh function. The average wind speed was 4.5 m/s, with an average wind power density of 114.54 W/m. This suggests that the region has suitable wind power potential.
