The article discusses a new educational strategy for training teachers in Ukraine, focusing on preparing innovative specialists for intercultural communication and promoting human virtues. The researchers analyzed the current state of teacher training in preschool and primary education, finding a need to move away from outdated Soviet models towards values based on philosophy, ethics, and aesthetics. They also discovered a shift towards emphasizing moral values in the educational process.
