Optimal Timing for Insemination Boosts Pregnancy Rates in Male Subfertility Cases.
The study aimed to find the best time for insemination during fertility treatments. Women with male subfertility took medication to stimulate egg production, followed by insemination at different times after ovulation. The group inseminated 36-37 hours after ovulation had the highest pregnancy rate. Waiting longer before insemination after ovulation increased the chances of success. Insemination at 37 hours after ovulation gave the highest pregnancy rate.
