The article presents a gravity model to understand trade between Ukraine and the EU, considering institutional factors. By analyzing GDP and trade distance, the model shows how these factors influence trade relations. The model accurately describes the data and highlights the increasing importance of institutional factors in international trade. This research can help predict and model future trade between countries by considering specific institutional influences.
