The article discusses the right to common property, comparing it in collective agricultural enterprises and economic societies. It shows that the right to a share can become full property when separated from the enterprise. When a member leaves the agricultural enterprise, they receive their share of property. The time of ownership transfer depends on state registration laws. A power of attorney can be used for property separation and registration. The Ukrainian law does not prohibit the sale of property not yet owned.
