The article analyzes patent technology transfer in China, focusing on Guangdong Province. By studying data from the incopat innovative intelligence platform, it was found that China's patent technology transfer is strong but faces challenges. There is a need to improve technology transfer in research institutes, bridge regional gaps, and enhance policies for patent licensing and technology transformation. It is important to support the industrialization of patent technology from universities and research institutions, boost the transfer of scientific achievements to the market, and train more technical transfer professionals. This will help integrate science and technology with the economy, speeding up the transformation of scientific progress into practical products.
