Educational games can help students learn better, but combining game design with a learning model can make them even more effective. In this study, an educational game for Basic Programming was created using the Instructional Game model. The game went through six stages of development, including concept, design, and testing. The game included features like levels, instructions, feedback, and scoring. Grade X students from Vocational High Schools in Yogyakarta tested the game, and the results showed that it covered all the necessary elements for effective learning.
