The researchers reviewed 345 papers to identify key information on ERP adoption. They found that lack of understanding about ERP can lead to adoption failure. By analyzing 19 papers from 2009 to 2015, they developed a model to guide organizations in choosing quality ERP software based on their objectives. The study aims to raise awareness about ERP and its importance in business development.
