The article explores how Pareto diagrams can be used to analyze the quality of teaching in higher education. Students were asked to use Pareto charts to identify causes affecting their learning outcomes. By analyzing their own progress and identifying key reasons for success or failure, students can pinpoint areas for improvement in the curriculum and educational support. Pareto analysis, commonly used in industry to assess product quality, is also effective in evaluating educational performance and highlighting areas needing attention in the learning process.
