They surveyed 50 companies and found that some have employees with business qualifications and prefer local graduates. Most companies are open to collaborating on learning and research, but some didn't answer questions about training methods and budget constraints. Overall, the survey shows that private companies are interested in working with academic management to develop a skilled workforce for innovation and growth.
