Improving teaching quality in universities is crucial, and a new system called "1-3-6" has been developed at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. This system focuses on creating a quality culture centered around students and education. It includes three guarantee mechanisms for monitoring, evaluation, and archives management, along with six safeguard measures for structure, mechanism, records, cases, analysis, and improvement. This system effectively enhances the quality of teaching in the School of Communication.
