Good Governance Boosts Company Value Through Sustainability Reporting, Study Finds
The study looked at how good corporate governance and sustainability reporting affect company value in Indonesia. They used data from 2010-2015 and found that factors like board size, independent commissioners, and institutional ownership impact firm value. Economic value added was influenced by board size and sustainability reporting, but not by other factors like audit committees or managerial ownership.
