A study compared different ways of growing wheat and found that a method called System of Wheat Intensification led to higher yields compared to conventional methods. Using higher levels of nutrients also improved wheat growth and yield. One specific wheat variety, K 9107, performed the best under these conditions. This suggests that using the right wheat variety and fertilizers can increase wheat productivity in a specific region of India.
