The article discusses how to improve the process of registering land by using 3D cadastre and 2014 cadastre concepts. Traditional 2D land registration is no longer sufficient for current needs. By applying these new concepts, the organization's work process can be enhanced. The study focuses on apartment units in Indonesia and shows how the new approach can change both the internal and external workings of the organization. The main goal is to design a more effective land registration process using modeling techniques.
