The study evaluated water resources security in Guizhou Province by looking at human activities, geological features, and water conditions. They found that overall, the province's water security improved from 2001 to 2015. However, different cities within the province showed varying levels of water security. The western part had lower security compared to the eastern part, but overall, the province's water security increased over time. To maintain and enhance water security, the researchers suggest better environmental management, efficient water use, and establishing strong water security measures.
