Chinese students driving cultural, economic, and social growth in Canadian universities.
International students from China are choosing to study in Canada due to factors like experiencing diverse cultures and globalization. These students contribute socially, economically, and culturally to Canada. The reasons behind their choices have not been fully explored. By looking at previous research, this paper identifies factors influencing Chinese students to study in Canada. The study uses a culturalist approach and push-pull model to understand what motivates Chinese students to study abroad.
