Relationship marketing in Indian Commodities Exchanges like MCX is a new concept that focuses on building long-term relationships with customers and business associates. The study aims to understand how relationship marketing is applied in MCX and its benefits. Through interviews and data analysis, it was found that relationship marketing in Indian Commodities Exchanges is still in its early stages. To improve, firms should focus on product innovation, technology, training, promotion, service quality, and branding to enhance customer relations and achieve success like MCX.
