Corporate Governance Boosts Firm Value, Empowering Investors in Indonesia
The study looked at how corporate governance and financial factors affect the value of companies in Indonesia. They analyzed data from 91 non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2015. The results showed that the board of commissioners, managerial ownership, leverage, and profitability influenced firm value, while independent commissioners, institutional ownership, audit committees, activity, and liquidity did not have an impact.
