Solar energy is being considered as a renewable energy source to replace fossil fuels. A SWOT analysis was conducted to assess its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Solar energy is environmentally friendly, cost-effective in the long run, and versatile. However, challenges like low efficiency, high initial cost, and energy storage requirements exist. Despite these challenges, advancements in technology are expected to address these issues in the future.
