Cash is crucial for companies to operate smoothly. This study looked at how different factors like Cash Conversion Cycle, Capital Expenditure, and Cash Flow affect a company's Cash Holding policy. They analyzed data from 33 property and real estate firms in Indonesia. The results showed that Cash Flow influences Cash Holding policy, but Cash Conversion Cycle and Capital Expenditure do not. This means that how much cash a company has on hand is mainly influenced by its cash flow.
