Aquilaria malaccensis leaves extract can protect male rats from reproductive damage caused by Cyclophosphamide. The study involved 48 rats divided into different groups. Rats exposed to Cyclophosphamide alone had more abnormal sperm compared to the control group. However, rats given Aquilaria malaccensis extract along with Cyclophosphamide had fewer abnormal sperm, showing the potential of the extract to prevent reproductive toxicity.
