Integrated Performance Measurement System boosts school success and accountability.
The Senior High School used an Integrated Performance Measurement System to measure its performance. They identified 8 objectives and 33 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to human resources, curriculum, finance, and more. Results showed that 8 KPIs needed improvement, 4 were okay, and 11 were good. This method can help schools and other organizations assess how well they are doing.
