The study looked at how intellectual capital affects the financial performance of banks in Iraq. They measured intellectual capital using three factors: capital-employed efficiency, human capital efficiency, and structural capital efficiency. The results showed that intellectual capital has a significant impact on financial performance. Specifically, human capital efficiency had the strongest positive effect on financial performance compared to the other factors.
