House of Commons vs. House of Lords: Contrasting Approaches to Legislation
The article compares how the UK House of Commons and House of Lords review laws after they are passed. By studying four cases, it shows that both Houses have different ways of choosing which laws to review and what recommendations to make. The research reveals that the two Houses have distinct approaches in their post-legislative scrutiny processes.
