New model predicts tree height with 92.7% accuracy in Ibadan.
The researchers studied the relationship between tree height and diameter of different tree species in Ibadan. They measured 115 trees and used five models to analyze the data. The Shreuder model showed the best fit, explaining 92.7% of the height variations. This study helps understand how tree height and diameter are related in mixed tree species.
