The article explores how investment activities are regulated in Ukraine. It looks at the concept and mechanisms of administrative and legal regulation in this area, as well as the current state and future prospects of investment activities in the country. The study also analyzes the methods of state regulation in investment activities and suggests ways to improve the regulatory framework. Overall, the research highlights the need for better organization of laws governing investments to enhance their effectiveness in Ukraine.
