The study looked at how supervision and supervisor skills affect construction supervision in Enrekang. They found that both the way supervision is done and the capabilities of the supervisor have a significant impact on how effective construction supervision is in the district. Overall, the scores for both supervision mechanism and supervisor capability were good.
