The article discusses property rights between unmarried partners. It looks at two types of property regimes: specific/common property and contractual property. The research uses legal methods to analyze how property is formed, managed, and shared between unmarried partners. The study finds that current laws only cover basic aspects of property rights for unmarried partners, leading to challenges in applying these laws in real life.
