User stakeholders lead the way in project dynamics, shaping future strategies
The article explores how stakeholders in Norwegian projects change over time, affecting project outcomes. Data from 12 projects in different sectors was analyzed to show that stakeholder groups vary in their dynamics. Users were the most dynamic group, while environmental activists were the least. The study reveals that stakeholders' power and interest levels are closely linked, influencing their behavior. This information can help project managers predict and manage stakeholder actions more effectively.
