The article discusses how auditing the information system of an academic institution using COBIT 5.0 and ITIL V3 can improve IT governance. By evaluating different domains and processes, the study provides recommendations for enhancing the performance of the academic information system. The findings suggest that implementing these frameworks can help sustain the organization's strategy and goals, ensuring the effective use of technology for academic activities.
