Soil management is important for using soil effectively. This study looked at how soil properties like organic carbon and clay vary across Ardabil Plain. They took soil samples and found that areas with more clay also had higher organic carbon. Most of the area had organic carbon above 1%. The researchers used a method called geostatistical analysis to show the spatial patterns of these properties. They found that both clay and organic carbon have a moderate spatial structure in the area.
