The article introduces a new method for managing different versions of business process models in a BPM system. This method aims to make it easier for users to create and modify process models by keeping track of changes over time. By storing initial versions and any subsequent changes, users can easily reconstruct any version of a process model. The researchers believe that this approach will improve the convenience of process modeling in environments with many business processes, ultimately helping process designers. To test the effectiveness of their method, a prototype system was developed and presented in the paper.
