The study looked at how nitrogen and phosphorus pollution from agriculture changed in Binzhou City from 2008 to 2015. They found that the amount of pollution decreased during this time period. The main sources of nitrogen pollution were chemical fertilizers, manure, and domestic sewage, while for phosphorus pollution, it was mainly chemical fertilizers. In 2015, Wudi County and Huimin County had the highest nitrogen pollution, while Zouping County had the highest phosphorus pollution.
