The article explores how using Building Information Modeling (BIM) can improve the planning and management of construction sites within buildings. By analyzing real area data with BIM technology, it was found that there is no international standard for space management in campus buildings, leading to inefficiencies for students and staff. The study recommends using BIM technology early in projects to reduce design errors and improve efficiency. Despite challenges like a lack of qualified personnel, the construction industry is moving towards widespread use of BIM systems. BIM technology is crucial for enhancing performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in construction projects.
