Climate justice is important in addressing climate change fairly. The article suggests a 3-dimensional approach to share the burden of climate change. Firstly, low- and high-income households should pay proportionally based on their income. Secondly, countries benefiting more from a stable climate should bear a higher burden of mitigation efforts. Lastly, innovative compensation schemes like climate tax and bonds can help share the burden between current and future generations.
