Rising pollution threat in Eastern Poland's largest lake sparks urgent action
Understanding the relationships between different factors in a large lake in Eastern Poland is crucial to prevent pollution and negative changes. Researchers studied various environmental factors in the lake over two years and found significant differences between the years for most variables. The seasons also had a big impact on the parameters measured. Despite no long-lasting thermocline, there were fluctuations in the parameters, especially in summer and winter. The results show complex relationships between the factors, influenced by both external and internal processes.
