Revolutionizing Retail: Fuzzy Method Boosts Customer Satisfaction in Clothing Chains
The goal of the study was to improve customer satisfaction in a clothing retail chain in Turkey. The researchers used a combination of Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) methodologies to better understand customer preferences and enhance product offerings. The integrated approach was found to be more effective than traditional Fuzzy QFD methods.
