The article discusses a method for developing applications using Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) to improve flexibility and reusability in rapidly changing business environments. The researchers suggest defining a service ontology and following tasks like service profiling and workflow design. The proposed methodology was compared with Component Based Development (CBD) to show its effectiveness in enhancing flexibility and reusability.
