The study looked at how good corporate governance affects the performance of manufacturing companies in Indonesia. They found that managerial ownership influences corporate social responsibility disclosure, which in turn impacts corporate performance. However, managerial ownership itself does not directly affect corporate performance. Overall, corporate social responsibility disclosure plays a key role in mediating the relationship between managerial ownership and corporate performance.
