The FREEWAT platform was used to study water management in the Bakumivka river area in Ukraine. The goal was to optimize water supply to farms by changing the landcover. The study found that modifying landcover patterns can affect water distribution and provide insights for better land and water management. The results will be used to analyze more data and create advanced scenarios in the future.
