The study uses Feminist and national integration theories to analyze data from secondary sources. The UN believes that women in key political roles can promote national unity and development. However, the Bulgaria Gender Research Foundation found that women may not be ready for national issues. The paper suggests that political parties in Africa often favor men over women, hindering national integration. It concludes that implementing UN gender equality policies and empowering women in decision-making roles is crucial for national unity in Africa.
