The goal of the study was to test a new ITSM model made for small organizations, called PCPS4SVC. The model was designed to be easy to use for small businesses. Researchers checked the model in three small companies and found that it helped them improve their IT services. The PCPS4SVC model was proven to be a good fit for small enterprises.
