Ambient Environment Dictates Thermal Comfort in Chinese Homes, Study Finds.
The study looked at how people feel about the temperature in their homes in different parts of China. They measured things like air temperature, airflow, and how people felt about the temperature. They found that the weather outside has a big impact on how comfortable people are in their homes. People in houses with air conditioning feel more comfortable than those in houses without it. The model used to predict how people feel about the temperature works well for air-conditioned houses but not as well for houses without air conditioning.
