The study aimed to understand how organizational commitment influences organizational citizenship behavior. Data was collected through a survey of 30 members of PT X organization. The results showed that affective commitment positively influences organizational citizenship behavior, while continuance commitment and normative commitment do not have a significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior.
