The article compares professional certifications in environmental engineering education from different countries. It looks at certification standards, procedures, and how they relate to engineers' qualifications. The study analyzed certifications from ABET, ECUK, and ASIIN to find similarities and differences. The researchers identified six common characteristics in developed countries' engineering education certifications.
